TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Chef Douglas Sutton showcased this recipe on WCTV’s set with a special guest.
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup bourbon
- 2 to 6 Szechuan peppers (optional)
Mix the ingredients together then add pork, chicken or beef. Grill or cook until done.
