Two Gadsden County men arrested for sexual battery

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - The Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office Special Victim’s unit has arrested two men for one count of sexual battery on a child under the age of 12 (Capital Felony) and one count of lewd and lascivious behavior on a child under the age of 12 (life felony).

John Waugh and Theodore Anthony Smith Jr. were both booked in the Gadsden County Jail.
