TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - The Tallahassee Soccer Club has unveiled their 2021 schedule, their first season in the National Premier Soccer League.

TLH will open their season at home on May 1 against Jacksonville Armada U-23 before hitting the road for two straight games at the Florida Roots and Pensacola FC.

From there, the Battle Lions trade home and road swings: TLH will play four-straight at home from May 22-June 10 before hitting the road for three from June 12-19.

The home stretch of the season comes with a two-game home stand against AFC Mobile and Pensacola FC on June 26 and June 30 before closing the year with back-to-back home games at Port City FC and AFC Mobile (July 3-10).

In all, the Battle Lions will play 14 games, split evenly between home and road, and will play every opponent twice.

Three new teams grace TLH’s schedule from their inaugural 2019 campaign: Florida Roots FC (Panama City) and Southern States S.C. Stars (Hattiesburg) and the Armada U23 side, who the Battle Lions were scheduled to play last year before the season was canceled due to the COVID-19 vaccine.
