QUINCY, Fla. (WCTV) - The Florida Highway Patrol says both westbound lanes on US-90 at State Road 12 were closed near Quincy because of a crash involving a school bus and an SUV.

Troopers say none of the seven bus passengers, ages 13-18, were injured in the crash Wednesday afternoon; however, the bus driver, suffered minor injuries.

The crash caused the SUV to flip, trapping one person inside. Troopers say this person was taken to a hospital in the area in an ambulance. FHP described their injuries as major.

The school bus belonged to the Gadsden County School District.

Around 1:15 p.m., troopers opened up one westbound lane on US-90.
