Tallahassee’s summer youth basketball program returns for 2021

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Registration is now open for the annual summer youth basketball league hosted by the Tallahassee Police Department. The league is put on to help provide local children with the opportunity to develop self-esteem, skills and respect by dedicated adults. Participants will be encourages to use these developments both on and off the court.

This year’s season will be played at the Jack McLean Community Center from July 12 to August 4 every Monday and Wednesday from 6-9 p.m.

To register your child, click HERE to download an application. The application must be returned before June 30 to the Tallahassee Police Department located at 234 E. Seventh Avenue.

The leagues is open to all boys ages 10-15 and girls 10-12. This year’s registration fee is $15.
