Guacamole with Chef Albert
- 3 avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1-ounce lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup diced onion
- 3 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
In a bowl, mash the avocado, salt, and lime juice. Add the onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in the cayenne pepper. Serve with queso fresco, pepitas, corn chips, pork rinds, grilled corn, pickled red onions, plantains, or anything else you would like to serve with the guacamole. Enjoy!
