Watermelon ‘Pizza’ with Chef Christian

  • ½ c. Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Freshly grated lime zest
  • 1 slice, a full circle, approximately 1-in. thick of Watermelon
  • ½ c. Fresh Raspberries
  • ½ c. Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Sliced Almonds, toasted
  • Additional optional toppings:
    • Mini Chocolate chips
    • Shredded coconut
    • Chocolate, strawberry, caramel syrups for drizzling


1. In a medium-sized bowl, stir together Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar and lime zest.

2. Pat the surface of the watermelon slice with paper towel, and spread the yogurt mixture on top.

3. Top with raspberries, blueberries, almonds, and any other topping desired. Cut into 6 wedges.

4. Pizza may be made a few hours in advance of serving to ensure all ingredients are refreshingly cold.
