Sophia Hernandez started working at WCTV in January of 2019. While still attending Florida State University, enjoyed bringing the communities stories to life.
Sophia started in print and was Managing Editor for Florida State’s fashion magazine, Diverse World Fashion. Sophia has covered natural disasters like the tornadoes in Cairo, Hurricane Dorian, Tropical Storm Nestor, among others. Sophia has covered notable trials and legislation. Her passions include education, youth, community stories, and breaking news.
