Brothers arrested, accused of selling drugs on FSU campus

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Two brothers have been arrested, accused of selling drugs on the Florida State University campus.

The FSU Police Department launched an investigation after receiving information about a suspect distributing large amounts of marijuana onto the campus.

Shane Logan,18, and Conor Logan, 20, were arrested Tuesday on multiple charges after police say they sold marijuana to an undercover officer.

Following the arrests, a search warrant was conducted at the brothers' apartment on Belle Vue Way. Officers located $18,200 in cash, 1.4 pounds of marijuana, valued at approximately $4,000, 100 grams of marijuana wax, valued at approximately $5,000, several plastic bags, a vacuum sealer, and other paraphernalia. Officers also discovered a Smith and Wesson AR-15 rifle with several hundred rounds of .556 ammunition.

Both brothers are charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 200 feet of a college campus, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and display of a firearm during a felony.

Conor Logan is also charged with resisting an officer without violence and has a warrant out of Monroe County for selling cannabis within 1000 feet of a college campus.

Both were booked into the Leon County Jail.
