Car burglary suspect caught on camera

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- The Tallahassee Police Department is looking for a suspect who was caught on camera burglarizing vehicles.

TPD says the burglary happened on November 8 at 1775 Belle Vue Way, not far from the Florida State University campus.

The suspect can be seen on surveillance video pulling handles on locked vehicles.

Police say the suspect was unable to get into the cars seen on camera, but another vehicle nearby that was left unlocked was burglarized.

Police are reminding residents to lock their vehicles to deter criminals.

Anyone with information on the suspect or the burglary is asked to call the Joint Property Crimes Unit at (850) 891-4200, or Big Bend Crime Stoppers at (850) 574-TIPS.
