CRAWFORDVILLE, Fla. (WCTV) -- The Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's help in identifying two subjects caught on surveillance camera during a recent armed robbery.

Deputies say the subjects are wanted for questioning.

The incident happened around 7:10 p.m. Monday at the Extract Shak, located at 66 Martin Luther King Memorial Highway in Crawfordville.

Deputies say two African American males entered the business, which was occupied at the time by only the owner.

One male was wearing a dark grey hoodie with a blue and white bandanna covering most of his face. The other male was wearing jeans and a light grey hoodie sweatshirt with a character on the back, which was cinched around his head so that only his face was visible. The male in the light grey sweatshirt had a silver in color semi-automatic pistol in his hand and demanded money from the owner.

The subjects stole the cash drawer containing an undetermined amount of money and some of the “buds” which are sold at the business. After the robbery, at approximately 7:12 p.m., the males fled the scene on foot, heading northwest.

Deputies responded to the scene and canvassed the area but were unable to locate the individuals.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to contact the Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office or Detective Brett Surace at 850-745-7100.
