TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Another whopper of a showdown is set to take place Saturday at the Donald L. Tucker Center.
The 10th ranked Florida State men's basketball team will host another nationally ranked ACC foe.
The 17-2 Seminoles tip off against 12th ranked Louisville at 2 p.m. and will be airing on ESPN.
FSU is off to its best start in the program's history.
The Tuck is a place many teams don't want to venture to this year, winning 16 home games in a row including Florida, Duke and Notre Dame.
Fans say this is a hot year for Noles basketball!
FSU student Nicolas Russillo said, "Louisville is pretty good, definitely going to give us a good game, but I feel like we'll come out on top."
Noles fan Ben Mancini said, "Very fortunate to be here in Tallahassee this season when they have such a great team."
Just like the Duke game, there's not a seat to be had for tomorrow's contest against the Cardinals.
FSU Athletic Ticket Office employee Jack Chatham said, "Louisville, we're sold out. We have 11,600 and some change."
Chatham says this is a spectacular season for ticket sales, "I got here in 2011 we haven't had this many sold out games since I've been here."
Mancini says, "Tried to get tickets for this Saturday's game but they're sold out."
And the students? They've now made it 3 straight!
"So they've really taken in this team and embraced it, and really taken it out on themselves to come out and support them," said Chatham.
Those with the golden ticket say these games are electric.
Attending the FSU game on Saturday, Pedro Garcia said, "I've been to other games this year and it's empty and you can feel the fans when they're there."
A feeling of unity and excitement that top-notch college basketball brings.
