GREENVILLE, Fla. (WCTV) -- A man has been charged with DUI-manslaughter following a fatal crash early Tuesday morning on Interstate 10 in Madison County.

The Florida Highway Patrol says a semi-truck being driven by 51-year-old Randall Johnson was traveling east on I-10 behind another vehicle.

Officials say the front of the truck struck the rear of the second vehicle, an International box truck, causing the box truck to leave roadway and travel onto the shoulder. Troopers say the box truck began to rotate and entered a ditch, where it overturned onto the driver's side.

The driver of the box truck, a 59-year-old man from Providence, Rhode Island, was pronounced dead at the scene. FHP has not released his identity pending next of kin notification.

Johnson is facing DUI-manslaughter charges. He was not injured in the crash.
