Four FSU fraternity members plead not guilty to hazing charge

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- According to court documents, four of the nine fraternity members arrested on charges of college hazing have waived their arraignments.

Court documents show the attorneys for Kyle Bauer, Luke Kluttz, Clayton Muehlstein and Anthony Oppenheimer have pleaded not guilty on their behalf.

All nine fraternity members turned themselves in on Wednesday after warrants for their arrests were issued by the Tallahassee Police Department on Tuesday.
