GBI investigates body found in Sparks, Georgia

SPARKS, Ga. (WCTV) -- Authorities are investigating after a body was found at a home in Sparks, Georgia.
The Georgia Bureau of investigation says the body was discovered by Sparks Police Department officers Thursday after receiving a tip about a "foul odor" at 101 W. Bryan Street.
Investigators say the body has not been identified and an autopsy will be performed at the GBI Crime Lab in Macon.
GBI was requested to assist with the investigation.
