Gov. DeSantis orders state flags to fly at half-staff in honor of Stoneman Douglas victims on anniversary

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has directed all State of Florida flags to be flown at half-staff on February 14, signaling the one-year anniversary of the fatal shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
