Man arrested for pointing gun during argument

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- A man has been arrested for pointing a gun at two people and threatening to kill them during an argument at a gas station.

The Tallahassee Police Department says it received a call on August 16 about a male pointing a firearm at two people near the gas pumps at the Marathon Gas Station on West Tharpe Street.

Brey'on Ashley, 22, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was transported to the Leon County Jail for processing.

TPD says it was able to locate the gun in the suspect's car and impound it as evidence.
