Police arrest suspect in deadly Joe Louis Street shooting

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- The Tallahassee Police Department has arrested 28-year-old Preston Hart for a murder in the 1700 block of Joe Louis Street over the weekend.
TPD says Hart was walking near the Leon County Detention Facility Thursday when he was observed by law enforcement and placed into custody. He is charged with second degree murder.
Investigators say Hart gunned down the victim, who was found lying near the roadway on Sunday.

Investigators say 28-year-old Preston Hikeem Hart is responsible for gunning down the victim, who was found lying near the roadway. Hart is wanted on a second degree murder charge.
Police are asking for the public’s help locating Hart. They say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
