SUWANNEE COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) -- The Suwannee County Sheriff's Office is looking for a suspect who was caught on camera burglarizing a gas station on County Road 136 and Interstate 75.

SCSO responded early Tuesday to a burglary alarm and discovered someone had broken into the business.

Authorities say surveillance video showed an unknown vehicle pull up to a gas pump. The suspect then exited the vehicle, approached the front of the store and forced their way inside with a crowbar.

Officials describe the suspect as wearing a blue sweatshirt with a white design on the front and writing on the back with blue jeans with a pattern on the outside leg seams, black and white tennis shoes, black clothing over their head and black gloves with writing on them.

Deputies say the burglar and accomplice drove east on County Road 136 towards White Springs after fleeing the store.

Officials ask anyone who may recognize the suspect or have any knowledge about the incident to call 386-362-2222.
