TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- The Tallahassee Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying two suspects related to a fraud committed earlier this summer.
In a Facebook post, TPD says the suspects used fraudulently opened accounts on credit cards to make gift card purchases to obtain cash.
