Tallahassee gears up for 3rd annual "Amazing Capital Race"

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- The Florida Public Relations Association and Knight Creative Communities Institute announced the third annual "Amazing Capital Race" on Wednesday.
Next month, two-man teams will get to compete in a series of challenges similar to the CBS hit show, The Amazing Race.
Our very own Mike McCall and Rob Nucatola did this for WCTV the first year.
Teammates City Commissioner Scott Maddox and City Manager Rick Fernandez say they have a challenge for county officials.
“I’m challenging county commissioner Nick Maddox, my first cousin, even though he played tailback for the FSU Seminoles. I'm known as the athletic cousin. So I predict I'm going to beat him in the amazing race,” Maddox said.
