Missing man arrested in Tallahassee

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- A man who was reported missing in Tallahassee has been found -- in the Leon County Detention Facility.

24-year-old James Fillmon was arrested Thursday on an out-of-county warrant from Bay County.

The Tallahassee Police Department’s Special Victims Unit began searching for Fillmon on Wednesday. Those who had reported him missing said he had not been seen since July of 2018.

The police department has not said how Fillmon was located.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- The Tallahassee Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is seeking information on the location of a missing man, 24-year-old James Fillmon.

Fillmon was last seen around July of 2018 in the area of Mission Road and Tharpe Street in Tallahassee. Fillmon’s clothing description is unknown.

Fillmon is 5'7" tall, 160 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Tallahassee Police Department at (850) 891-4200.
