TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) A Tallahassee man is facing charges after he allegedly uploaded videos to a pornographic site to get back at his ex-boyfriend.
Talman Landers is now charged with two counts of Sexual Cyber Harassment and one count of Video Voyeurism.
According to arrest documents, the victim went to police on June 21, 2017 to report that sexual videos of him had been uploaded without his knowledge on pornhub.com.
The victim and Landers had been in a relationship since September 2015 and recently broke up after Landers accused the victim of cheating.
During interviews with police, Landers admitted to posting the videos but denied making them. He says the video was sent to him through an anonymous text message.
Investigators tracked down evidence that the video was made with Viva Video on an Android phone. After questioning Landers, he confirmed that he previously used the video maker and had an Android based phone.
The videos have since been removed from the site.
