Tallahassee man arrested, accused of kidnapping and battery

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- A Tallahassee man has been arrested, accused of kidnapping and domestic battery.
According to arrest documents, on Thursday, September 7th, 27-year-old Mario Dixon held his girlfriend and and another man at gun point inside the woman's vehicle.
Dixon reportedly went through his girlfriend's phone and found text messages between the two that alluded to a sexual relationship.
He reportedly punched the woman in the face several times that day. Witnesses say Dixon at one point, dragged the woman and hit her so hard that he knocked her unconscious.
Dixon was taken to the Leon County Jail.
He's facing several charges including Aggravated Stalking, Domestic Battery and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
