MIDWAY, Fla. (WCTV) -- The driver of a tractor trailer was not injured when his vehicle overturned in Gadsden County Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 4:04 p.m. on Interstate 10 on the exit ramp near mile marker 192.
The crash report states that 61-year-old Alfredo Diaz Salgado was exiting the interstate when he failed to negotiate a curve to the left and traveled onto the south shoulder. FHP says the truck hit a road sign before overturning onto its passenger side.
Salgado was not injured. He has been charged with careless driving.
Troopers say a portion of the off-ramp was closed for about an hour as crews worked to clear the scene.
