Two arrested after drugs, stolen gun recovered in search

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Two men have been arrested after authorities served a search warrant at a home in northwestern Leon County.

Monday, the Leon County Sheriff's Office Vice/Narcotics Unit, along with members of the S.P.I.D.E.R. Unit, served the warrant at a home on Country Lane.

During the search, detectives seized approximately 23 ounces of methamphetamine, prescription pills, cannabis, a stolen and loaded Smith and Wesson 9mm semi-automatic gun, cash, scales and various drug paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested Craig Hudson and Jeremy Wright.

Hudson was charged with three counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis, maintaining a drug house, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of an injunction.

Wright was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
