TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Police have identified two people who were taken to the hospital after a crash Wednesday morning on Tram Road.

The Tallahassee Police Department says the single-vehicle accident happened in the 4900 block of Tram Road. Police have not released details on what led up to the crash, but photos from the scene appear to show the vehicle in the woodline.

James L. Miller, 53, was driving a 2003 Ford F-350 that was hauling a 20-foot trailer. Charles J. Rucker, 38, was a passenger in the vehicle.

Both Miller and Rucker were taken to the hospital, where Miller remains in critical condition. Rucker suffered minor injuries in the crash and has since been released.

TPD says the investigation remains active and investigators are continuing to interview known witnesses and process evidence collected from the crash scene. They are urging anyone who may have information about the crash to please contact them at (850) 891-4200 or via Crime Stoppers at (850) 574-TIPS.
