TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- A former Tallahassee Uber driver who was arrested in September on kidnapping and false imprisonment charges has entered a plea.

30-year-old Destiny Green was arrested on September 19 after police say she held a woman against her will while working as an Uber driver. The woman finally jumped from Green’s moving vehicle to escape, suffering injuries to her legs.

Green was terminated from Uber following the incident.

Following Green's arrest, medical staff told the judge during court hearings that Green suffers from schizophrenia and stopped taking her medicine in January.

On Thursday, Green pleaded no contest to the false imprisonment charge. According to court documents, the kidnapping charge was thrown out due to a lack of information.

Green will spend four years on mental health probation and must pay the costs of her prosecution. She was also ordered not to have any contact with the victim and may not work as a driver for any ride-sharing company.
