Baked Apple Cinnamon Rolls Loaf


1 12.4 oz can cinnamon rolls
2 medium apples
4 tablespoons butter
½ tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


• Remove the core, slice apples into quarters, and use your knife to scoop out the seeded portion of each apple slice
• Cut apples into small pieces
• Cook apples, butter, cinnamon and vanilla in sauce pan on medium heat, for 5 minutes
• Unwrap package of cinnamon rolls and set icing aside
• Press rounds into greased mini loaf cups or mini muffin pans
• Fill with apple filling
• Bake according to instructions on cinnamon package
• Let cool
• Drizzle with icing
