Blondie Crust Cheesecake Bites



Ingredients

o ½ Cup or 1 stick of butter
o 1 egg (slightly beaten)
o 3/4 cups tightly packed Dark Brown Sugar
o ¼ Cup White Sugar
o 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
o 1 cup flour
o 1/8 Teaspoon Baking Soda
o ½ Teaspoon baking Powder
• Pinch of salt

CHEESECAKE
• 2pks Cream Cheese
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

Step 1 – Preheat Oven to 350 degrees and grease 1 8” square pan
Step 2 –In a mixing bowl combine sugar, butter and vanilla. Add egg– In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt - fold in with batter.
Step 3 – Pour batter in greased pan
Step 4 – Add toffee bits to top of batter and bake for approximately 25 min or until toothpick comes out clean

Set Aside and make cheesecake…

Pour cheesecake batter on top of cooled blondie and bake for 20 minutes. Cook until there is a slight golden color around edges.

Remove from oven and set on counter top for 15 minutes then place in freezer to set .

Set for 2 – 3 hours then cut into bars
