Boneless BBQ Rib Sandwich


• 1 St. Louis style rack of ribs
• 16 oz Coleslaw mix
• 1 tsp Fresh jalapeño, minced
• 2/3 cup Dukes mayo
• 1/3 cup White sugar
• 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Celery seed


• Remove membrane from ribs. Located on the bones of the ribs.
• Season ribs with your favorite seasonings.
• Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees
• Wrap ribs in aluminum foil. Put in a pan to catch grease.
• Place in oven for 6 to 8 hours.
• Remove from wrap.
• Remove and discard bones. They should remove easily, if not, allow to cook longer.
• Cut ribs to desired pieces.
• Add BBQ sauce.
• Place in 350 oven to allow the sauce caramelize.

• In a mixing bowl add mayo, sugar and seasonings. Mix until fully incorporated.
• Mix coleslaw veggies with sauce.
• For the best results, allow coleslaw to marinate for 24 hours.

• Cut French bread in half.
• Place ribs on bottom half of loaf.
• Add coleslaw on top.
• Add more BBQ sauce.
• Close with top loaf.
