Breakfast Pizza


1 (16-oz) bakery pizza dough
2 tablespoons flour
Butter-flavor cooking spray
3 eggs (or 1 1/2 cups egg substitute)
1 cup shredded light Mexican-blend cheese
1/2 cup cooked diced ham
1/4 cup frozen seasoning blend (diced onions, celery, bell peppers)
1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt


Remove dough from refrigerator and let stand one hour (do not remove from bag until stand time completed).

Preheat oven to 400°F. Flour hands lightly and pat dough evenly into lightly greased or nonstick pizza pan. (Or turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll to desired thickness.) Coat dough with spray.

Combine remaining ingredients until blended. Spread mixture over dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Bake pizza 15 minutes.

Use large spatula to slide pizza from baking pan directly onto oven rack. Bake 5 more minutes.
