Broccoli and Kale Salad


3 cups (12 ounces) Broccoli, fresh, thinly sliced
3 cups Kale, fresh, thoroughly washed, with tough stems removed then roughly chopped
1 ½ cup Red Cabbage, fresh, thinly sliced
½ cup Roasted Sunflower Seeds
¾ cup Dried Cranberries (Craisins)
1 cup Balsamic Salad Dressing


In a large bowl combine the chopped kale, sliced red cabbage, sliced broccoli, dried cranberries and roasted sunflower seeds.

Add balsamic dressing.

Toss dressing with salad and serve.

Serves 6. About 270 calories, 14 grams of fat, 4 grams of fiber.
