Firehouse Friday: Buffalo Chicken Dip


1 rotisserie chicken (or 4 chicken breasts)
1 8 oz package cream cheese
Buffalo sauce (to your taste)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper (to your taste)
Ranch seasoning or dressing, if desired


Place your buffalo sauce (as much or as little as you’d like to flavor your dip) and cream cheese in a sauce pan. Cook on a low simmer until cream cheese is melted.

While your sauce is cooking, shred your rotisserie chicken, removing all gristle and bones. If you prefer white meat only, you can substitute 4 chicken breasts.

Once your chicken is shredded and your sauce is ready, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste, then top with mozzarella cheese.

Ranch seasoning or dressing can be added to make it buffalo ranch dip.
