Cajun Lobster Dip


1 pkg cream cheese
1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 cups heavy cream
2 cups triple cheddar shredded cheese
1/2 tbsp sweet heat seasoning
1/2 tsp chipotle powder
2 cups langostino tails (chopped)
1/4 cups chopped jalapeno
1/4 cups chopped green onion
1/2 cups diced tomatoes


Combine cream cheese, sour cream and heavy cream into medium saucepan on medium to low heat. Melt ingredients together stirring frequently until no cream cheese lumps remain.

Add lobster tails and spices and cook on medium-low heat for approximately 10 minutes.

Add vegetables and shredded cheese. Stir to incorporate ingredients. Once shredded cheese is melted, pour ingredients into an oven safe bowl. Bake in oven on 375 for approximately 15 minutes.

Optional: Sprinkle more shredded cheddar on top of dip 5 minutes prior to removing from oven. Once dish is removed, top with chopped tomatoes and green onions. Serve warm with your favorite chips.
