Chicken and Waffles


• 1 cup Butter
• 1/2 cup Honey
• 1 cup Toasted Pecans
• 1 pack boneless/ skinless chicken thighs, seasoned and floured.
• Frying oil
• Waffle mix


• In a frying pan, add oil, heat to 375.
• Fry seasoned and floured chicken until the internal temperature reads 165. Sit to side.
• For waffles, follow instructions as stated on the box.
• In a sauce pan, on med heat, toast pecans.
• Add butter, allow to brown.
• Add honey. Reduce for 3 to 5 mins.
• Place chicken on top of waffles, add country gravy on top of chicken.
• Enjoy!
