6 fresh cauliflower florets
2 cups flour
1 cup plant based milk (soy, oat, rice, flaxseed)
1 tsp Cajun spice
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbs sriracha
1/4 cup hot chili sauce
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
Canola oil for frying
Lemon wedge (optional)
DirectionsWhisk 1 cup flour, milk, Cajun spice and salt together until fully integrated. Drop cauliflower in mixture, coating all sides
Remove cauliflower, place in a bag with 1 cup of of flour and shake.
Fry cauliflower in a tabletop deep fryer or deep frying pan until golden brown.
Remove from heat and immediately cover in firestarter sauce.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve while hot!
Simmer sriracha, hot chili sauce and sweet chili sauce together.
