Gluten Free Fruit on a Stick


10 - 8 inch wooden sticks
1 pint strawberries
1 fresh pineapple
3 bananas
10 - 15 marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips


Wash strawberries and set aside to dry. Cut pineapple into 1 inch chunks. Slice bananas into 1 inch chunks. Alternating each, put one of each fruit and a marshmallow on each stick. Place fruit sticks on parchment paper. Melt chocolate in a double boiler and drizzle over each fruit sticks. Cool and refrigerate.
