Island Cobbler


3 cups All purpose flour
3 cups of sugar
2 Cup of juice from milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
3 table spoons vanilla
Dash salt
1 can of sliced Mangoes
1 can of Pineapple Chunks (or tidbits)
¼ cup butter sliced


-Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
-Grease pan using a baking spray or with butter and flour
-Create batter by mixing flour, sugar, juice and milk
-Scoop batter into pan
-Spread drained canned fruit over the batter then add additional batter on top
-Place small pieces of butter over the batter and bake for approximately 50 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
