'Lebron James' Pasta


Lebron James Pasta Authentic Jerk Sauce
5 Scotch Bonnet Peppers
6 Garlic Cloves, peeled
½ cup Allspice Berries (pimento)
1 bunch of scallions
½ cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of Cinnamon
¾ tsp of Nutmeg
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
Dash Salt
Dash Pepper

Pasta of choice (regular or rice noodles)

6 jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
1 tbsp light olive oil
Dash of Tone Cajun Seasoning

Alfredo Sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup half and half
1 cup imported parmesan cheese


Lebron James Pasta Authentic Jerk Sauce
Place all jerk sauce ingredients in a blender and liquefy. Refrigerate any unused marinade in a sealed container and it will remain fresh for at least 30 days.

Boil pasta of choice (regular or rice noodles) in a pot of water with tsp of olive oil and a dash of salt to desired tenderness.

Place olive and shrimp in a fry pan.. Dash shrimp with Cajun seasoning. Sauté to desired tenderness.

Alfredo Sauce
Place all alfredo sauce ingredients in a sauce pan on medium heat, add ½ tsp of jerk sauce (a little more or less dependent upon heat palate). Add pasta, reduce heat. Stir until mixture thickens. Add shrimp. Salt to taste. Remove from heat and serve.
