Maple Nut Fudge


• 4 cups confectioner’s sugar
• ½ Cup (1 stick) Butter
• 2 tablespoons of Maple Extract
• 3 – 4 tablespoons of milk (for added flavor try substituting with your favorite flavor of creamer)
• ¼ cup Crushed pecans
• ¼ cup Crushed walnuts
• Wax paper


• Step 1 – In a large microwave- safe bowl combine sugar, extract, butter and milk. Microwave for 3 minutes on high temperature. Fold in 2/3 of each of the nuts (leaving a little for garnishment)
• Step 2 – Wisk mixture until all items are blended together (should look like a creamy peanut butter)
• Step 3 – line 8x8 pan with parchment or wax paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray) and pour mixture into pan. Pat mix down until even and tightly packed. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top
• Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Cut into pieces and serve.
These will hold in an airtight container, for up to 3 weeks
