Stuffed Chocolate Cups


o 8oz Chocolate Chips
o Metallic bite size baking cups (mini cupcake liners)
o Optional Fillings
 Diced Strawberries (or blueberries)
 Peanut Butter
 Nutella
 Chopped nuts
 No bake cheesecake mix


• Step 1 – In a Microwave safe bowl or double boiler, warm chocolate – In microwave its best to heat in increments of 30 seconds, stirring after each 30 second interval
• Step 2 – Once chocolate is melted using a tea spoon fill liner approx. 1/3 of the way and use spoon to spread chocolate on inside of the liner being sure to get all the way to the top. (Get creative and add sprinkles to give it an even cooler look) Refrigerate
• Step 3 – Prepare your filling – If using fruit or nuts be sure to chop small enough to fit in the cup
o If using a filling such as cheesecake or mousse, refrigerate for 1 hour or until firmed
o For items such as peanut butter or Nutella You may use a small scoop or an icing bag to fill – Refrigerate for 15 minutes
• Step 4 Once your filling is prepped – use the remaining chocolate to cover the top of the treat chill until chocolate is hardened (usually takes 5 -10 minutes)
