Turkey Waldorf Salad


2 cups shredded leftover turkey meat
2 stalks celery, chopped
½ cup green onions, chopped
1 crisp apple, cored and coarsely chopped
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
¼ cup pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
¼ cup low fat mayonnaise
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice


In a large bowl, add mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Add turkey and next 5 ingredients. Gently toss together to evenly dress the salad. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Yield: 4 servings
