Vegan Waffles


3 cups flour
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp organic sugar
1/2 tsp kosher salt
3 cups soy milk
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon


Whisk all ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.

Preheat waffle iron.

Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until golden brown.

Remove and garnish with your favorite syrup and fruit toppings.
