TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Despite falling to the North Carolina State Wolfpack this weekend, 47-28, a pair of Seminoles were recognized by the ACC for their performances in Raleigh.

Quarterback James Blackman and wide receiver Tamorrion Terry were named ACC Quarterback and Wide Receiver of the Week, marking the first league honor for both in their FSU career.

Blackman, who started his first game of 2018, completed 29 of his 46 pass attempts for 421 yards, four touchdowns and an interception.

The Belle Glade, Florida native set career marks for completions, yards and touchdowns in a game and thew for the most yards in a game for the Seminoles since Jameis Winston burned Clemson for 444 in 2013.

Terry led all receivers with 142 receiving yards and two receiving touchdowns, marking his first career 100-yard receiving game and logged the most receiving yards for FSU in 2018.

He, along with D.J. Matthews, each turned in 100-yard performances. Matthews was responsible for 133 receiving yards.

The Ashburn, Georgia native ranks fourth nationally with an average of 22.0 yards per catch. That mark is also the best in the ACC.
