TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Florida A&M is ready to welcome its newest batch of Rattlers as athletes from around the nation sign their National Letters of Intent on National Signing Day.

A year ago, head coach Willie Simmons inked 25 players in his first signing class with the Rattlers..

FAMU began announcing signees shortly after noon on Wednesday.


Jahsimeon Campblin is a 6'1", 175-pound defensive back from Orlando, Florida.


Jalen Spady is a 6'3", 320-pound offensive lineman from El Paso, Texas.


Donovan Mobley is a 6'1", 175-pound wide receiver from Tallahassee.


Cortez Reid is a 6'2", 183-pound defensive back from Viera, Florida.


Moezeis Telfort is a 6'2", 225-pound linebacker from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.


Cameron Sapp is a 6'3", 190-pound quarterback from Jacksonville, Florida.


Omari Fiffer is a 6', 197-pound linebacker from Jacksonville, Florida.


Jolan Gilley is a 6'2", 265-pound defensive tackle from Tallahassee.


Tevin Rayford is a 6'5", 250-pound offensive lineman from Thomasville, Georgia.


Chris Sanders is a 5'11", 175-pound wide receiver from Jacksonville, Florida.


Terrell Jennings is a 6'1", 215-pound running back from Jacksonville, Florida.


Kamari Young is a 6'3", 230-pound tight end from Tallahassee.
