The Georgia native announced his intentions to transfer at the end of August after FSU head coach Willie Taggart announced Deondre Francois would be the team's starting quarterback.
Hockman then announced his intentions to transfer to Hutchinson Community College. He'll be eligible to enroll at NC State for the 2019 winter term.
