MLB Draft Tracker: Seminoles selected to play on next stage

NEW YORK, N.Y. (WCTV) -- Major League Baseball is holding its annual first-year player draft and FSU is hoping for another good showing in players making it to the next step.

Below is a running track of all players who have been selected from FSU, as well as a link to our story on the selection itself.

Cal Raleigh, Seattle Mariners - 3rd Round

The first Florida State Seminole is off the board in the 2018 MLB Draft, as the Seattle Mariners drafted FSU catcher Cal Raleigh with the 90th overall pick in the draft.

Cole Sands, Minnesota Twins - 5th Round

The Minnesota Twins have selected Florida State right handed pitcher Cole Sands in the fifth round of the 2018 MLB first-year player Draft.

Andrew Karp, Washington Nationals - 6th Round

The Washington Nationals have drafted FSU right-handed pitcher Andrew Karp in the sixth round of the 2018 MLB Draft.

Jackson Lueck, Kansas City Royals - 8th Round

The Kansas City Royals have selected Jackson Lueck in the eighth round of the 2018 MLB Draft.

Tyler Holton, Arizona Diamondbacks - 10th Round

The Arizona Diamondbacks have drafted FSU pitcher and Lincoln High School alum Tyler Holton in the ninth round of the 2018 MLB Draft.

Rhett Aplin, Kansas City Royals - 28th round

The Kansas City Royals have drafted FSU outfielder Rhett Aplin in the 28th round of the 2018 MLB Draft.

Cobi Johnson, Toronto Blue Jays - 30th round

The Toronto Blue Jays have selected FSU pitcher Cobi Johnson in the 30th round of the 2018 MLB Draft.
