Munroe coach Gaddy leaving for Madison County

MT. PLEASANT, Fla. (WCTV) -- Munroe football coach Joseph Gaddy has announced he has left the Bobcats after one year as head coach to join the coaching staff at Madison County.

Gaddy tweeted the announcement on Thursday:


In his only year with the Bobcats, Gaddy led Munroe to a 4-6 record, with wins over Georgia Christian, Pataula Charter, Rocky Bayou Christian and a forfeited win against St. John Paul II.

In his announcement, Gaddy said Alex Lehky will take over as head coach.

Gaddy joins a Cowboys squad that has won consecutive state championships in Class A.
