ANAHEIM, Calif. (WCTV) -- It feels like deja vu: Florida State is back in the Sweet Sixteen, and back in California in a rematch against the Gonzaga Bulldogs.

It's almost a mirror of last season. The team is hoping Thursday's result is deja vu as well, after cruising to a 15-point win over the Bulldogs in the 2018 NCAA Tournament.

While the two situations are similar, FSU knows this year's challenge is a whole lot different than last year's.

"Every game takes on a different personality," said head coach Leonard Hamilton. "You can't really rely on what happened in another game sometimes, so what we've got to do is go out and stick to the same formula we used to get to this point."

"I mean, last year I feel like we were excited, way more excited because it was our first time, but I feel like this year it's more business than excitement, less jitters because we've kind of been here before," added Terance Mann.

FSU and Gonzaga are set for a 7:09 p.m. tip off on Thursday. You'll be able to watch the game on WCTV.
